I have decided to stop calling exercise "exercise," I will give it another name.
.. Hmm .. I think I will call it me-time. Similar to how I use my me-time to care for my body and mind. Well there is no better way to care for me than making myself move.
Positives:
- It gives me a boost
- It makes me feel more attractive
- I feel instantly more positive about myself
- I feel relaxed and happy afterwards
- I feel invigorated during a decent session
- It is a positive distraction from any unnecessary worries
- It is ultimately great for my body and mind
- It is self-love
